These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the CablePay platform and services ("Service") operated by CablePay, located at No. 6, Gurusamy Nagar, Thaneerpandal Rd, Peelamedu, Coimbatore – 641004, Tamilnadu, India ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and a registered cable television operator or authorised representative thereof to use the Service. By signing up, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.
2. Account Registration
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
3. Subscription & Payments
CablePay offers monthly, quarterly and yearly subscription plans. All fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
4. Payment Gateway Services
Where you use our integrated payment gateways (Razorpay, CCAvenue, PhonePe, or the CablePay platform gateway), you agree to comply with the respective gateway's terms. Settlement timelines, transaction charges, and refund rules are governed by the chosen gateway.
5. Your Responsibilities
- Provide accurate subscriber information.
- Comply with all applicable laws, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, and all applicable telecom/cable regulations.
- Not use the Service for illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorised purposes.
- Not attempt to interfere with, reverse-engineer, or circumvent the Service.
6. Credit System
Certain features (such as creating STB numbers) consume prepaid credits. Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable once consumed. Unused credits expire per the plan you purchase.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks and software on the Service are owned by CablePay or its licensors. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CablePay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or conduct we reasonably believe is harmful to other users or the Service. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Coimbatore, Tamilnadu.
