- Account data: Name, email, phone, business name, address, GSTIN (optional).
- Subscriber data you enter: STB numbers, subscriber names, contact numbers, billing amounts.
- Payment data: Transaction IDs, amounts, and status. Card details and UPI PINs are never stored by us — they are processed directly by the payment gateway.
- Usage data: IP address, device/browser type, pages visited, and timestamps.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To operate and provide the Service, including authenticating you and processing transactions.
- To send transactional messages (receipts, reminders, system alerts).
- To improve the Service, detect abuse, and ensure security.
- To comply with legal obligations.
3. Sharing of Information
We share your data only with:
- Payment gateways (Razorpay, CCAvenue, PhonePe) — to process transactions you initiate.
- Communication providers — to deliver SMS/email notifications.
- Law-enforcement or regulators — when legally required.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter as required by law or for legitimate business purposes (such as financial record-keeping). Transaction data is retained for a minimum of 8 years as per Indian tax law.

We use industry-standard measures — HTTPS, encrypted database connections, role-based access, and regular security audits — to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
6. Your Rights
You may at any time:
- Access, correct or delete your account data from your dashboard.
- Request export of your data by writing to us.
- Close your account (subject to statutory retention).

We use cookies for authentication (session cookies) and basic analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser, but this may impair functionality.
8. Children's Privacy
The Service is not intended for persons under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
