CablePay is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) product. We do not ship any physical goods. All our services — dashboards, QR codes, mobile app access, reports and payment processing — are delivered digitally.
1. Digital Delivery
- Once your payment is confirmed, your CablePay account is activated instantly.
- Login credentials and access links are sent to your registered email and/or mobile number.
- Subscription upgrades and credit purchases take effect immediately upon payment capture.

3. Delivery Failures
If you do not receive your activation email or access credentials within 30 minutes of a successful payment, please:
- Check your spam/junk folder.
- Verify that the email address on your account is correct.
- Contact our support team — we will resolve it quickly.
4. International Delivery
Our Service is available globally over the Internet. However, payment gateway availability and subscriber billing are currently optimised for India only.
